Am I able to cancel or return my order?

We do allow you to cancel your order if needed. Orders are made on a custom basis; therefore, cancellations can only happen if the order has not been created yet. Since every order is custom made, we are unable to process returns. However, if something is wrong with your order, please contact us at smileysarahdesignsco@gmail.com! We really appreciate your support! 

What should I do if my order is damaged or flawed?

Send us pictures and a description of any damages or flaws right when you receive the order. We can then take a look at the damages and work with you on what next steps to take. 

How long does shipping take?

We are able to ship orders out within 5-7 business days. 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we don’t currently offer international shipping! However, we are interested in offering it soon and will update this as soon we are able to.
